Spinach Dip

Ingredients:
1 Pkg (10 oz) baby spinach chopped

or 1 Pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed & squeezed dry

1 container (16oz) sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

1 package Knorr Vegetable recipe mix

1can (8 oz) water chestnuts, drained & chopped (Optional)

3 green onions, chopped (Optional)


Directions

Combine all ingredients & chill about 2 hours. Makes 4 cups. Hollow out a large round roll of pumperknickle bread and fill with dip. Cube the excess bread for dipping.
