RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
4 tbsp. light soy sauce
3 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. minced fresh ginger
2 scallions, white part only, chopped
1 tbsp. dry or cooking sherry
1. Combine all the ingredients and store in the refrigerator.
