RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
4 tbsp. olive oil
2 to 3 tsp. vinegar or juice of 1/2 lemon
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
pepper
Directions
1. Measure the olive oil into a small bowl. Beat with a fork while you add the vinegar, salt and pepper. Makes 1/2 cup salad dressing.
2. Variation: For balsamic vinaigrette, replace the vinegar with 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar and 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
