RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/8 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. salt
1. Combine all the ingredients in a clean jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake well. Makes 1-1/3 cups.
